Our special event call signs are used from Lochboisdale for the Marconi Day event .. activity is mostly on the 20m & 40m bands, although we do try other bands depending on propagation.

Over the years we've had a enjoyable time putting this special event station on the air from Lochboisdale but at our location band conditions are usually quite poor sometimes with high noise and static levels on the lower HF bands .. also in previous years we have been forced to close the station down by mid afternoon due to lack of propagation.
The GB2M station is set up and operated by 2MØTNM, GMØOGN, MM6TEW, MMØCWJ & GM1ØØ1SWL.
